MEET OUR MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Keline Baez, MSN, APRN, NP-C is the founder and medical director of The Beauty Lab Aesthetics & Wellness. She is a masters prepared, board-certified nurse practitioner whose approach to care is always patient-centered and results driven. She is passionate about enhancing each client’s unique beauty by providing natural, transformative results. She is detailed and intentional, taking great care to treat her patients with kindness, inclusivity, and respect. She is known for the genuine relationships she continually fosters with her patients and consistent outcomes that in combination have earned the unwavering trust and loyalty of many. Keline’s desire to help her clients look and feel their best is what motivates her to regularly attend industry trainings and seek opportunities for continuing education. Additionally, she is an educator for aspiring injectors at the National Institute of Modern Aesthetics — one of the nation’s leading medical aesthetic programs.

Outside of aesthetics, Keline enjoys spending time with family and friends. Originally from hawaii, she naturally loves the beach. She is a self-proclaimed homebody, chocolate enthusiast who enjoys a good rom-com.
